Join the cycling community for a big ride July 9th, 2023 to support a great cause, raising funds for Mobility initiatives in Pontiac in conjunction with the Checkered Flag Foundation. The first M1 Fondo Challenge is happening at the M1 track in Pontiac, MI and is part of a full day of cycling events. Join the ride and see how many laps you can complete in 5 hours. The course is free from traffic, potholes and the usual road hazards. Go at your own pace and complete laps to win merchandise. Complete 100 laps to win the coveted M1 belt buckle! Enjoy a relaxing day riding on a private track with no interruptions. Food Truck Lunch and beverages included with registration.

50+ year old cat dad that loves cycling, fitness, and trying to eat right. I’ve been riding bicycles since I got my very first bike, a gift from my Grandfather, on my 8th birthday on March 28, 1979. Just because you have reached the 50 year old mark it doesn’t mean that you have to slow down or quit. I started this blog so that other 50+ (or even younger) can learn from me and be motivated in their own health endeavors.
